Eva is the Customer Care Manager at MCI BENELUX. She leads a team of six persons in charge of registration, programme and speaker management for congresses from 100 to 13 000 participants. Together with her team, she is also in charge of Membership Management for more than eight associations. In 14 years of working in the event industry, she tasted every aspect of the event industry, from catering to registration set-up, from booth builder to pharmaceutical congress organiser, from audio visual supplier to organising EC-funded projects. Eva oversees the delegate and association membership journey lifecycle (i.e., design, implementation, day-to-day operations, and quality management) by effectively creating and executing against project timelines based on priorities, resource availability, and other project requirements (i.e., budget, technology, etc.).
Eva has excellent Leadership & Relationship Management with associations of all kind. She is a highly IT literate person with a strong accent on organisational aspects of events. She has a prominent level of leadership and responsibility for logistical and team organisation, crisis management is familiar to her, and she shows outstanding negotiation skills.
She has excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills in English, French, Dutch and German; she can communicate with, coordinate and work with multi-country and multi-disciplinary teams, experts, and participants.
