Frank De Moor (1962) brings over four decades of leadership at the intersection of retail, technology, and mobility. With an Extended Master in Applied Economics (Econometrics) and Business Information from the Catholic University of Leuven, and further strategic education at Babson College, Frank has always been driven by a passion for innovation and purposeful growth.

Since 2014, Frank has served as CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board of Q-Park BV, steering the company through a transformative era of digitisation. Under his leadership, Q-Park has evolved from a traditional parking operator into a forward-thinking mobility partner, embracing smart technologies, data-driven services, and sustainable urban solutions.

Frank’s early career as a Systems Analyst at Procter & Gamble laid the foundation for his deep understanding of information systems and cybersecurity—skills that are now vital as parking becomes increasingly digital. His experience as CEO of Macintosh Retail Group and Managing Director at Kwantum Deco Group further shaped his strategic vision and people-first approach.
