Gabriela Barrera is business developer and project manager at the MOBI Electromobility Research Centre of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in Belgium. With more than 18 years of experience in European projects and policy, she is part of the Autonomous and Electric Vehicle lab, which focuses on socio-economic aspects, including customer monitoring and user acceptance, charging infrastructure planning and optimisation, or traffic simulations and modelling. Gabriela has contributed to defining European research road maps on electromobility and freight, and has been part of European expert groups like the Sustainable Transport Forum on the deployment of alternative fuels.
