Dr. Bernd Bienzeisler has been a researcher at the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering since 2003.
Since 2019, he has headed the Cognitive Service Systems Research and Innovation Center in Heilbronn. His research and consulting work focuses on the development and testing of data-based services and business models for various sectors and industries.

For over 10 years, he has had a particular focus on digital parking space management. Bernd Bienzeisler is the author of numerous publications and the initiator of several research projects in the field of parking space management.
