Keith is internationally recognised as an innovator and one of world’s leading experts on parking technology, data and payment systems.

He has over 25 years’ experience in the sector. Before joining Parking Matters Ltd (PML), he served as UK MD and then Group Product Manager for international parking equipment supplier, WPS. He led the development of their e-payment systems, integrated validation systems, and on and off-street parking control and enforcement solutions. Keith served on the APDS Board of Directors and was lead author of the APDS Use Case documentation. He plays a key role in the development of the National Parking Platform. He is a member of the BPA’s Technology, Innovation and Research Board and has made numerous presentations at conferences and seminars in Europe and the Middle East.
