Mikkel Neple is Commercial Director at Autopay Technologies AS, where he has played a pivotal role in advancing ANPR-(Automatic Number Plate Recognition) driven parking digitization across the Nordics and Europe. With more than eight years in this role, he has overseen the commercial strategy and deployment of barrier-free and cloud-based parking systems that are helping operators transition away from traditional, hardware-heavy setups toward scalable, fully digital platforms.

Autopay has achieved significant milestones: the company now powers free‐flow ANPR parking in multiple countries, supports large scale parking operators at sites like airports, municipalities, shopping centres and commercial garages, and has recently completed the acquisition of the Denmark-based ANPR free-flow provider Simplyture—strengthening Autopay’s presence across Europe.

Mikkel is known for pushing forward the Autopay team's innovation in digital parking: integrating EV-charging, enabling flexible zone and dynamic pricing, and developing solutions focused on operator efficiency, security (e.g. ISO certifications), and customer satisfaction.
