This interactive session explores how autonomous mobility solutions can be designed and implemented to ensure inclusivity, usability, and equal access for all users. Drawing on insights from the Horizon Europe SINFONICA project, the session uses a role-play methodology to immerse participants in the perspectives of diverse mobility stakeholders. Participants will engage in structured group discussions, each guided by character profiles representing real-life user groups, including those with specific mobility challenges. This approach encourages participants to reflect on societal expectations, needs, and concerns around autonomous vehicles through the lens of inclusivity, trust, and accessibility. Facilitated by experts in the field, the discussion outcomes will be synthesized in a final wrap-up session, offering practical insights and lessons for policymakers, researchers, and practitioners. The session contributes to the CCAM Partnership’s ongoing work on societal acceptance by identifying actionable strategies to support user-centred and equitable deployment of future mobility systems.
