Holder of a PhD in Optoelectronic Physics from the University of Rouen-Normandy with a private-public career in several countries and solid experience in training and applied research.
Recruited as a research and innovation engineer since 2009 within the Centre for Studies and Expertise on Risks, the Environment, Mobility and Urban Planning (Cerema) under the supervision of the French Ministry of Ecological Transition, having acquired good expertise in the field of traffic sensors and an approach that is both technical and prospective in the implementation of multi-partner projects.
Pilot studies at the national level for the experimentation of soft mode sensors in partnership with communities and manufacturers, and the development of the evaluation methodology within the expertise network.
Leveraging experience gained in the field for traffic measurement systems and standardization at national and international level, thanks to projects supported by the European Commission and the World Bank.
Mission of Cycling Data Ambassador (France-Netherlands collaboration) in the European NAPCORE project.
