Paul has 20 years’ experience in transport planning including the preparation and development of reports and studies across a wide range of projects. He is an experienced project and programme manager with a track record of delivery.


Paul is a freight specialist and has worked on many projects which have aimed to improve both the understanding of and efficiencies relating to the freight sector both domestically and internationally. These include the promotion of measures to improve HGV safety, policy and strategy development, research and consultation. This work includes input into Masterplanning projects, helping ensure freight is considered at every stage of development. Work has included engaging with operators, extensive research, and identification of options and recommendations to improve the freight sector.
