Eduardo Garro received his Ph.D. degree in telecommunications engineering from the Universitat Politecnica de Valencia (UPV), Spain, in 2018. In 2012, he joined iTEAM where he worked in the standardization of the U.S. DTT Standard, ATSC 3.0 and was involved in several 5G-EU R&D Projects (5G-Xcast, 5G-TOURS, 5G-RECORDS). In 2021, he joined Prodevelop, and is the current R&D coordinator, leading the research interest of the company on AI, IoT, Big Data and digital services for port authorities and container terminals software portfolio offering.
