Outline:
This session marks the official launch of European Women in Parking (E-WiP), a new initiative under EPA aimed at advancing diversity, equity, and leadership in the parking and mobility sector.

  • Giovanna Piras, from Automatic Systems, EPA Board Member and E-WiP Co-Chair, will open the session with an introduction to the network’s vision, objectives, and its key fo- cus for the first year: a mentoring program designed to support and empower women in the industry.
  • A panel discussion moderated by Yasmin Jefferies (BPA/EPA and E-WiP Co-Chair) will follow, exploring the importance of the initiative, its relevance to the European parking community, and practical ways attendees can get involved.
  • The final part of the session will open the floor to attendees, inviting them to share feed- back, ideas, and expectations for future activities and impact of this new network under the EPA umbrella.
