Marcel Laeven is a Dutch parking expert who currently works as Innovation Manager at Q-Park Group, a leading European provider of mobility and parking services. Based in Maastricht, Marcel plays a key role in driving Q-Park's innovation strategy, particularly in relation to Q-Park's Sustainable Mobility Partnership programme, the Q-Park Mobility Hub network that provides EV charging infrastructure, digital reservation services, shared mobility and seamless parking services for all types of vehicles.

Marcel Laeven represents Q-Park in the Dutch parking association VEXPAN / Taskforce CLIP as an advocate for the installation of EV charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in the parking sector.

He was responsible for the development and implementation of two Mobility Hubs offering DC/fast charging services for electric vehicles, in The Hague and Rotterdam. These were the first two DC/fast charging facilities in parking facilities in the Netherlands.
