Timo Hoffmann is a transport geographer and has dealt with traffic and mobility data for more than 20 years. He worked for companies headquartered in Germany and Canada before joining the German Federal Highway Research Institute (BASt) 8 years ago. Here he is co-managing the German National Access Point and is General Secretary of NAPCORE – the National Access Point Coordination Organisation for Europe and “The biggest European initiative on mobility data”
