I’m a 45-year-old electrical engineer with extensive experience in the design of electrical systems and renewable energy installations and management. Over the years, I have developed strong expertise in energy management and joined my current company, Interparking Italia, as Energy and Facility Manager, before being appointed Technical Director at the beginning of 2025.
I personally lead all projects related to the deployment of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure inside Interparking’s car park facilities, including planning, roll-out coordination, and cross-border collaboration with technical and operational teams in other countries from Interparking Group.
A core part of my role is ensuring full fire safety compliance in all EV charging station installations.
I manage the entire authorization process with the Italian Fire fighting local dept. (VV.FF.), ensuring that the number, layout, and type of charging points comply with current fire safety regulations and building codes. This ensures that infrastructure development aligns with both operational goals and legal and technical obligations.
I’m also an active member of the AIPARK 6-EV Commission, which brings together representatives from the leading parking operators in Italy. Within the Commission, I contribute to national discussions on the expansion of EV charging infrastructure in structured car parks, with a focus on:

- authorization procedures and VV.FF. compliance;
- power availability for slow and fast charging;
- coordination with public authorities and related financial planning (PEF adjustments);
- strategic decisions on whether to provide services directly or via third-party operators.

My work combines technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and operational strategy to promote safe and scalable EV infrastructure in the Italian car parking sector
