Globalaw is pleased to inform you about multiple options for group bookings during your registration process.

Bulk registration:

• You can register multiple colleagues from your firm at once. 
• Please add the first name, last name and email address of each colleague for whom you are purchasing a registration pass.
• Their registration fees, only, will be added to your invoice.
• Each colleague will receive an invitation email, allowing them to access their profile and add accommodation details.

Individual registration:

• You need to fill in all the details for each colleague individually.
• Both their registration fee and accommodation fee will be added to your invoice.

Separate registration:

• If you do not wish to have additional registrations on one invoice.
• You can start a new registration via the button on your confirmation page or via the link in your confirmation email

Please note that for regular delegates the second and following registration will be automatically set at the discounted rate.

 

If you are bringing a guest to the Globalaw Americas Regional Meeting, we kindly request you to register this person as part of your group booking or to add an additional person to your registration. The costs will then be part of your general invoice.

Should you wish to register your guest with a separate invoice, we kindly request you to register your guest via the button which you will find on your confirmation page or via the link in your confirmation email.

 

Hotel bookings will be managed through the registration platform during the registration process.

Please refrain from contacting the hotel directly, as you will not receive the same rates and conditions as those provided through our block booking arrangement. 
Be sure to book your room via the registration platform by Sunday, January 19, 2025, in order to be eligible for the group rate.
Please note that all unsold rooms will be released after that date.
