Be sure to book your room by Saturday, 10 May, 2025, in order to be eligible for the group rate. Please note that all unsold rooms will be released after that date.

Globalaw is pleased to inform you about multiple options for group bookings during your registration process.

Group registration:

• You need to fill in all the details for each colleague individually.
• Their registration fee will be added to your invoice.

Separate registration:

• If you do not wish to have additional registrations on one invoice.
• You can start a new registration via the button on your confirmation page or via the link in your confirmation email.

Please note that for regular delegates the second and following registrations will be automatically set at the discounted rate.

 

If you are bringing a guest, we kindly request you to register this person as part of your group booking or to add an additional person to your registration. The costs will then be part of your general invoice.

Should you wish to register your guest with a separate invoice, we kindly request you to register your guest via the button which you will find on your confirmation page or via the link in your confirmation email.
