Lígia Conceição is an experienced professional specializing in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and data analysis. As a Senior ITS Consultant at ARMIS Group, she takes the lead of the C-Roads project Working Group (WG) 4, supporting the implementation of ITS and C-ITS policies in urban environments. Notably, she coordinates the NAPCORE WG2, contributing to the development of National Access Points across Europe for interoperability and harmonization. Additionally, as an Invited Assistant Professor, she shares expertise in transportation engineering. She has a background in Civil Engineering (2014) and a Ph.D. in Transport Systems (2020) developed at MIT, TU Delft, and FEUP. Lígia is dedicated to driving innovation and sustainable solutions for mobility.
