A significant figure in road safety both in the UK and overseas, with experience of delivering award-winning projects covering multiple elements of the safe system. As CEO of Agilysis and Managing Director of Insight Warehouse, Richard has achieved significant growth in both organisations and remains directly involved in product innovation. Richard regularly provides policy and strategy advice to organisational leaders and has appeared at conferences and events across the globe. His previous experience as a manager of a multi-partner enforcement organisation led to a deep understanding of matters relating to enforcement technology, deployment and management of resources and partner relationships. Previous non-sector work in geospatial and database systems brought insight into effective analysis techniques and system design which has been used extensively in his work. Richard has been recognised with many awards for his work including multiple Prince Micheal International Road Safety Awards.
