Fabrizio Paoletti is an Electronic Engineer, involved in Traffic Control Centres Application development for Autostrade per l’Italia, designing and integrating IT solutions to operate Traffic Management and Traffic Information IT systems. Since 2003 he joined the DATEX II organisation in EU funded projects, currently NAPCORE, in developing the European standard to deliver traffic and road information services. He supports ITS standardisation groups in CEN and ISO and represents Autostrade per l'Italia in the TM2.0 platform in liaison with DATEX II development activities. His experience has been focused in developing Collaborative ITS Services which allows to operate seamless Traffic Management operations such as VMS messages, Traffic management Plans, delivery of C ITS Services. He actively partecipates in C Roads Italy 3 and Scale projects, joining C Roads EU Platform WG2, WG5.
