Since 2020, Dr. David Storer is Director of Research, Innovation & New Mobility at CLEPA, the Brussels-based European Association of Automotive Suppliers, working to foster collaboration on safe, smart, sustainable mobility through pre-competitive R&I.
Prior to joining CLEPA, for over 28 years he worked as Automotive Engineer & Manager at CRF, the Torino-based R&I centre of FIAT/FCA (now Stellantis) and IVECO, in various positions with increasing responsibility, following 8 years with the British Ministry of Defence as trainee engineer and researcher in the Aerospace & Defence sector.
