Floridea is director of cambiaMO | changing Mobility, an NGO and UN Climate Change Conference observer, based in Madrid researching on climate change and inclusive facilitation, mainstreaming gender mobility data and just transition. She is working within the EU and international research programs such as CLIMAS, Gender and Diversity Equality for Urban Public Transport, INDIMO on inclusion of digital Mobility solutions and chaired the Transport Equity Analysis Cost Action (TU 1209) InclusiveSpaces, AMIGOS, and SPINE. She is consultant for the OECD and the UNDP on transport justice and Accessibility. Floridea is actively participating in the Women and Gender Constituency on Action Climate Empowerment and Global StokeTake – Adaptation.
