Tom Mauno is a project manager in Fredrikstad Municipality, leading the Living Lab work in Fredrikstad as part of the EU-funded SUM (Seamless Shared Urban Mobility) project. Working with the Living Lab Fredrikstad team, the project focuses on integrating New and Shared Mobility (NSM) services with public transport in several European cities.
Tom’s approach ensures the delivery of project outcomes by fostering collaboration between public authorities, private partners, and academic institutions. Together, the team works to deliver sustainable, efficient, and inclusive solutions to urban challenges, applying a pragmatic and goal-oriented approach in line with established plans and through cross-sector collaboration.
